That's right, we're doing it again! Falstaff Books has another awesome Kickstarter running to fund a new anthology called Disruptive Intent, a collection of short stories that set the tropes of fiction on their head, and each story includes a personal essay from the author telling exactly what they were going for in the story. So there will be no question as to why the curtain are blue, you'll know!
For more information, or to toss a coin to your witchers, follow this link - https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/falstaffbooks/disruptive-intent
This anthology features brand new stories by legends like Jonathan Maberry, Jody Lynn Nye, and Maurice Broaddus, as well as Falstaff faves like John G. Hartness, Sarah J. Sover, David B. Coe, Darin Kennedy, Lucy Blue, and more! There are also still tuckerizations available, so if you've ever wanted Darin to immortalize you in fiction, here's your chance!

Check out the new anthology - Disruptive Intent!
A lot of the premium rewards are gone, but we've got some new tiers and add-ons that I wanted to make sure everybody knows about, so check this out!
The inimitable Jody Lynn Nye has agreed to add a Tuckerization to her story, so if you've ever wanted Jody to murderize you, this is your chance! We also still have Tuckerizations available from Gini Koch, Samantha Bryant, Lucy Blue, and Sara T. Bond!
We've added multi-book reward levels for holiday shoppers, so if you have a bunch of subversive friends, you can get them all gifts! Or you can just add an extra paperback, hardcover, or deluxe hardcover to your existing pledge because we've created new add-ons! That's right, you can edit your pledge to add more books to it, and get one of everything!

Thanks for supporting Nevermore, our awesome anthology of Poe-Inspired short stories! Now we've got something new coming for you, and it launches tomorrow morning!
That's right, following along on our theme at Falstaff Books of being "Subversive AF," we're publishing an anthology about subverting expectations, disrupting the status quo, and injecting a little chaos into your fiction, all in our very special Falstaff way!
Some people believe writers should leave social commentary to pundits and politicians. Disruptive Intent responds to this with a great big, albeit respectful, middle finger. At the same time, these stories aren’t parables, nor are they polemics. These are fantastic stories by fantastic writers, all paired with a short essay from the author on what they were working to subvert or disrupt with their story.
Co-Editors David B. Coe and Sarah J. Sover have assembled an incredible lineup of authors including Jonathan Maberry, Maurice Broaddus, Jody Lynn Nye, Gini Koch, John G. Hartness, and many more!

Remember when I promised to let you know when the print proof came in and I looked it over to see if it was cool.
It's VERY cool. Check out this awesome cover, and the cool interior imagery as well!
Backerkit surveys have just gone out (like minutes ago) so make sure we have your confirmed email address, and you also have the opportunity to add on the ebook of Lawless Lands, another anthology co-edited by Misty Massey, who brought this awesome book to life, as well as additional paperback or hardcover copies of Nevermore. So if you forgot to grab an extra copy for that Poe lover in your life, you didn't miss out, get it now!
This is a REAL Backerkit update, for Nevermore this time! :)

Hey there! Since working iwth Backerkit on another project was relatively simple and seems able to help me manage shipping and preorders and stuff a little better than my old method (which involved scribbling notes on a pad of legal paper and then fighting with a cat about who got to keep the pen), I've added this project to Backerkit as well.
You should be getting a survey within the next few days, but it's just to confirm your shipping address and give people one last chance to add on additional paperbacks or hardcovers. Please shoot the survey back to me as soon as humanly possible, and we will get things rolling on our end.
I've gotten word that the printed proof of the paperback will be on my doorstep today, so once I have that you'll see it all over social media and in an update here.
Thanks!
